Leaving a Legacy
By changing your will to leave a gift to us, you will help us to support disabled people in fulfilling their ambitions for many years to come.
If you wish to leave a gift (usually called a legacy) you will need to provide your solicitor with the following information:

There are two main types of legacy you might leave us in your will. They are:
Residuary legacy – this is a gift of the remainder of your estate after all other gifts have been made and debts cleared.
Pecuniary legacy – this is a gift of a fixed sum of money in your will. The value of a pecuniary legacy can change over time due to inflation.
